WolfAssistant Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026 · Applies to the WolfAssistant web app and the WolfAssistant Android app (package com.alphawolf.assistant)
WolfAssistant is an AI assistant for executives and managers made by AlphaWolf Technology, Kuwait ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
1. What we collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts from your phone, or advertising identifiers, and we do not show ads.
2. AI processing
To answer you, the text, documents, images or audio you give the assistant are sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) under their business terms, which do not allow them to train on your data. Only what is needed to answer the request is sent. If you connect an email or calendar account, we read it only to perform the actions you ask for.
3. Payments
In the Android app, subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing. Google handles your payment details; we only receive a purchase token and subscription status. On the website, payments are handled by our payment provider or by KNET payment links; we never store card numbers.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that make the service work (hosting, AI processing, email delivery, payments), each bound by contract to use it only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected at rest on our servers with access limited to the people who operate the service. Sign-in uses passkeys (Face ID / fingerprint), one-time email codes for new devices, and optional device PIN with auto-lock.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access and export — download your workspace from Settings → Data.
- Correction — edit anything in the app at any time.
- Delete your account — in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account, or at assistant.alphawolf-technology.com/delete-account. Once you confirm the emailed code, your account, workspace, documents, chat history and passkeys are deleted immediately. We keep only a record that a deletion happened (a hashed form of the email and the date) and any invoice or payment records accounting rules require.
- Cancel a subscription — Google Play → Subscriptions, or Settings → Plan on the website.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Trial accounts with no activity for 12 months are deleted. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.
8. Children
WolfAssistant is a professional tool for adults and is not directed at children under 18.
